Process of my motif.

The idea of my motif came to me when I was working on a paper over the weekend. For the most part I did exactly what happened in the video, wasted a couple hours just staring at a blank screen and then took a nap. By the time I came back to it I was in the zone to just get the paper done. The entire time I spent typing my paper the noise of the clock and the typing kept popping out to me and it just clicked eventually. Over the course of filming the video little things here and there changed to make the video flow better, but for the most part it stayed the same. My main question for the audience would be, did the still frames of the clock with the noise behind it go well with the rest of the clips or should I have left it as short video clips?
