The artistic side of engineering

Improving my Interview.

A few things I could improve on–

–Don’t throw in as many “uh huh’s” and “yeahs” because I won’t be able to edit it out.

–Don’t have anything with my hands when I interview because I will end up fiddling with it and it’s distracting.

–Play off of what the interviewee says more so the interview flows together better.

–Continue to maintain eye contact, it will make the interviewee focus on the interviewer more and seem like a more natural conversation and make them seem more comfortable.

–Think about the wording of the questions more beforehand, because the wording can drastically change how a person responds to a question and make or break an interview.
